You're working with a mix of modern React Native and legacy ERP systems, which means variety but also complexity. This isn't a hands-on coding role. You're here to scale teams, improve delivery practices, and guide transformation. The work directly impacts 1500 companies globally, so there's real weight behind what you're building. You'll coach other engineering leaders and have visibility right up to senior stakeholders. What You'll Do

Own delivery of customer-facing modules including payroll, POS, and core business applications

Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices and modern engineering workflows

Partner with Product Management on scope, prioritisation, and delivery planning

What You'll Need

Proven experience leading application or product engineering teams in enterprise software environments

Track record managing multiple teams or squads with focus on delivery outcomes

Experience with frontend technologies and comfortable operating across modern and legacy systems

Background in ERP or complex business systems preferred
