Job Description

We're working exclusively with a globally recognised FMCG business on an exciting contract opportunity for a seasoned Logistics Transformation Consultant. This is a newly defined role sitting inside a high-profile, globally funded supply chain transformation programme and they need someone who can hit the ground running.

The Role

This is a 6 month contract with strong potential to extend. You'll be embedded within the programme team, working closely with senior leadership to deliver meaningful analytics and insights that will shape the future of the business's supply chain network.

This isn't a purely technical role. You'll be expected to bring the data to life interpreting it, building recommendations, and presenting your findings in a way that drives commercial decisions at a leadership level.

What You'll Be Working On

Network modelling and scenario analysis to inform future supply chain design

Logistics analytics across the physical network, including warehousing and replenishment options

Translating complex data into explicit, commercially focused insights and recommendations

Supporting a number of sub-projects running within the broader transformation programme

Presenting findings to senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision making

Qualifications

Solid background in logistics transformation and supply chain, ideally gained within FMCG

Hands on experience in network studies and network design

Strong commercial acumen you understand the business impact behind the numbers

Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload within a fast moving programme environment

Project management experience is a bonus but not a dealbreaker

A consulting background will be well regarded
