**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a passionate **Assistant Centre Manager** to join our team in Melton South! In addition to working on the floor, you will gain valuable experience assisting the Centre Manager ensuring the smooth operations of our well-regarded Centre.

This is a personally rewarding role where you can impact the lives of the children in our care, and feel valued for your ongoing efforts, commitment, leadership, and dedication to your role.
- Qualifications:_
- Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
- Valid WWCC
- Current First Aid or CPR Certificate
- Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.
- Child Safe Standards Knowledge
- Red Nose, Food safety training & SunSmart training or willingness to obtain.

- Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Demonstrate organisational skills and multitasking ability.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process.
- Show a solid understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
- Be passionate about achieving the highest quality of education and care for children and families.
