Director of Timetabling & Operations – POL 4 Full Time – 3 year tenure Commencing 27 January 2027 Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Vice Principal – Staff & Operations.
- Strategic design, development and ongoing management of the College timetable to support staffing, curriculum and organisational needs.
- Oversee operational functions of the College, ensuring smooth and efficient day‑to‑day running of school programmes and activities.
- Collaborate with the College Operations Team and relevant staff to coordinate and execute all College operations and events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while managing complex logistical demands.
- Promote and uphold the Catholic values of the College and present a positive and appropriate public profile.
- Actively participate in the implementation of the College vision, mission and motto “Live Fully, Act Justly.” Qualifications & Skills
- Highly organised and proactive leadership experience.
- Solid problem‑solving capability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistical demands with meticulous attention to detail.
