Key Job Responsibilities Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area, while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture in the office Become a subject matter expert on specific, larger-scale processes and activities within FCs In your inventory control and systems workplace, handle timely data collection and update operations metrics on an hourly basis Aim to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience Work closely with other support teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, IT) on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels Implement process change and contribute to cross‑functional Six Sigma initiatives within your site and the broader Amazon Operations network Work with schedule flexibility to work at least one day of the weekend

Basic Qualifications Experience building and managing large and high-performance teams Experience in employee and performance management Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Experience in operational logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, general management or an engineering role Experience using data to drive root‑cause analysis for making business decisions with Excel or other analytical tools

Preferred Qualifications Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field Experience that includes robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts
