**The Business** Patties Food Group, founded in 1966 as a family-owned cake shop in Lakes Entrance, Victoria, has grown into a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of pies, frozen savouries, meals, and desserts. Our portfolio includes iconic brands like Four’N Twenty, Patties, Herbert Adams, and Nanna’s. We’ve recently expanded to international markets, exporting to Japan and the USA, and operate seven manufacturing plants across Australia and New Zealand. **The role** This role sits with Finance within the Corporate Performance & Reporting team, reporting on business synergy and performance across the Group. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Proforma Management and Reconciliations, through to banking compliance
- Support the Strategic Delivery Hub process to ensure that senior management have insightful information to assess current and future projects and their progress
- Support across major projects and business developments
- Conduct Post Completion Review process for all projects, providing analysis and insight on key movements and success
- Support the annual budget process, working with key stakeholders to build a robust plan to deliver key priorities for the year
- Support the monthly forecast process, incorporating changes in the annual plan, whilst ensuring overall budget objectives are delivered
- Lead ad hoc pieces of analysis to drive business performance
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed

**The Person**
- CPA/CA accreditation is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Abstract reasoning with strong financial acumen skills
- Methodical problem solver with high levels of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work with pace
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Suite and IT systems (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Your effective communication skills will enable you to relate to multiple different stakeholders. Notwithstanding, alignment and fit with our Patties values is essential.
