Apprentice Paint Sprayer Mentone

We are seeking someone with paint or panel experience, who is a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Panel Beater/Spray Painter. As an apprentice, you will learn the essential skills and techniques required to repair and restore vehicle bodies to their original condition. This hands-on role involves working with a variety of tools and materials under the guidance of experienced panel beaters.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the repair and replacement of vehicle panels and components.

Learn to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.

Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.

Follow instructions and guidelines from senior panel beaters and supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong interest in automotive repair and restoration.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Positive manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Vocational training in automotive repair or a related field (if applicable).

Previous experience in auto body repair or a relevant internship.
