- Welcoming and checking in patients with empathy and professionalism
- Managing appointments in a busy clinic environment
- Answering phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Processing referrals, patient records, and payments
- Supporting radiologists and clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Maintaining an organised and efficient reception area
