Storeperson/Forklift Operator (Heatherton)

STOREPERSON REQUIRED NOW Our client is a national manufacturer and distributor of kitchen benchtops. They are looking for an experienced storeperson to assist in the day operations of their facility Starting off casual with view to permanent position available now! Day Shift : Monday to Friday roster between 6am-4pm Duties:
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading containers
- Manual handling
- Operating an overhead crane and forklift to load slabs onto trucks and vehicles.
- Stocktake, RF scanning, data entry
- Loading/ Unloading trucks
- Keeping a safe work environment Ideal Traits:
- Robust communication skills
- Fit and strong – ability to lift 20-25 kg consistently
- Forklift experience (2+ years) with jib attachment
- Overhead crane experience is advantageous
- Reliable & hardworking Mandatory Requirements:
- Own Transport and Drivers Licences (LEARNERS NOT ACCEPTED)
- Forklift licence
- Able to pass work medical & police check
