Our beautiful, modern center is conveniently located in the heart of Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast is seeking a compassionate, part time Inclusion Support Educator dedicated to fostering the inclusion and growth of our young children.

Essential Qualifications- Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).-
- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.-
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.-
- Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.-
- Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.-
- Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.-
- Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.-
- Previous experience as an Inclusion Support Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar.specifying which position and location you are interested in, or call us at 0497 456 186.
