Norte is looking for warm, energetic, and guest-focused individuals to join our FOH team as Section Waiters and Runners. Our venue is built on genuine hospitality and creating memorable, personalised experiences for every guest. We’re searching for people who take pride in going above and beyond
- anticipating needs, noticing the small details, and delivering service that feels thoughtful, seamless, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Section Waiter

Manage your section with confidence, care, and strong attention to detail

Build genuine rapport with guests and personalise their experience

Provide proactive, knowledgeable guidance through our Latin American inspired menu

Anticipate guest needs before they arise to create a seamless dining journey

Manage timing and pacing to ensure every table feels looked after

Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and host teams to deliver smooth service

Uphold high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism

Runner

Deliver food and beverages promptly with warmth and a guest-first attitude

Assist section waiters in creating a cohesive experience across the floor

Support the kitchen by ensuring accurate, effective communication

Maintain organised, clean, and well-stocked service areas

Help elevate the guest experience through attentiveness and team support

About You

Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable moments

A natural people person who enjoys genuine connections with guests

Experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential for runners

Calm, effective, and positive under pressure

Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Eager to learn about our Latin American inspired food and beverage offering

Availability to work nights and weekends
