Café Manager (Mermaid Beach)

BSKT is a busy beachside health cafe located at Nobby Beach, Gold Coast. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Cafe Manager to lead our team and support the business owners with day-to-day operations. Ideally you would also have barista experience and be able to support the bar when required. We are open 7 days a week and close at 3pm. Your roster would usually be Wednesday
- Sunday.

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Experience of managing a cafe with medium to high volume sales
- Experience is an advantage with POS & QR code operating systems
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Leadership qualities and a fair approach to dealing with staff
- Professionalism and understanding when dealing with customers
- Attention to detail
- You must be well presented at all times
- RSA certificate would be required

This position is a full time and the salary will be based on experience. Start date can be immediate or by negotiation. Please send resume and cover letter.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
