Vetcall Q Store has a great opportunity for a highly motivated and nurturing Practice Manager (Qualified Vet Nurse).

We’re a small animal practice located in a bustling shopping village amongst the pristine waterways of Mermaid Waters. Our clients consider us the vet clinic of choice, our popularity has been built on personable and trusted client relationships, with a strong commitment to pet wellness, quality medicine and advanced surgical care. With over 25 years of veterinary experience in the clinic, we can support you in every aspect. We are a happy and dynamic team surrounded by our well insured, educated and loyal client base.

**About The Role**

- Overseeing all client care, nursing and veterinary services.
- Being highly engaged in customer experience and client loyalty activities, clinic service streams, marketing, digital services, social media and feedback.
- Managing the financial performance of the clinic, stock control, procurement, accounts, budgets, payroll and profit and loss.
- Leading on work health and safety compliance, facilities and maintenance, assets and equipment as well as cleaning and presentation standards.
- Working closely with the Lead Vet, Regional Manager and Vet Manager.
- Foster a wellness culture, communication strategy and clinical team development.
- Build strong relationships with our community, strategic partners and suppliers.

**About You**

***
- Holds experience in a practice manager or senior vet nurse position
- Minimum of 3 years vet nursing experience post-graduation
- Experience with practice management systems or appointment book management skills
- Possess solid problem solving, decision making and organisational skills
- Proven rapport and communication skills with colleagues, clients and the community
