Our service is looking for a dynamic, confident leader in the Early Childhood Industry to join our management team. Essential Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).- A current and valid Working With Children Check.- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes- A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard to ensure best practices.- Ability to guide, mentor and support a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with educators, families and external agencies.- Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating high-quality educational programs.- Demonstrated capacity to reflect on practices, seek feedback and engage in ongoing professional learning.- Ability to establish and maintain robust relationships with families, children, colleagues and the broader community.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge- Proven track record as an effective leader or mentor in an early childhood settings.- Ensuring all children have equitable access to learning opportunities, catering to diverse needs.- Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.- Participation and ability to research and engage in community networking, ongoing training and professional development to remain updated with sector changes.- Capability to use Storypark for documentation, communication and planning.
