Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Mermaid Waters Hotel

We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’
- you know, from The Jetsons
- a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency to join our team at Mermaid Waters. Primary focus on housekeeping and room presentation.

This is a rotational shift position working mainly from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, offering outstanding daytime hours. To be successful, you must have adaptable availability across Mondays to Fridays, as well as some weekends and public holidays as required by the roster. A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant: Making every room feel like home away from home Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
