About the Role
Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) Mermaid Waters Hotel
The Role
We are currently seeking Casual Guest Service Attendants / Housekeepers to join our friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across our guest rooms and public areas. To be successful, you must be available for day shifts (approximately 8am-3pm) across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Mermaid Waters Hotel / Nightcap Plus is a newly refurbed, up-to-date and welcoming hotel located in the heart of the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences with a focus on comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service.
A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
Making every room feel like home away from home
Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

You’re reliable, punctual and adaptable
You take pride in your work and it shows
