At Levande, we’re looking for a hands‑on Grounds & Maintenance Officer to help maintain our beautiful Arilla Village community in South Morang.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys gardening and grounds work but also has the practical skills to support general village maintenance when required.

What You’ll Be Doing Maintaining gardens, lawns and outdoor areas Planting, pruning, mulching and general garden care Keeping shared outdoor spaces clean, secure and well-presented Supporting general maintenance and minor repairs across the village

Responding to maintenance requests and safety matters Building positive relationships with residents and the village team

What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in gardening, grounds or maintenance roles Someone practical, reliable and self‑motivated Comfortable working independently and managing priorities Friendly approach and strong customer service skills Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work Basic computer skills

Nice to Have Experience in retirement living, schools, councils or large community environments Driver’s licence and willingness to drive a 12‑seater bus if required
