- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations About You
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You will be expected to do overnight shifts as well
- You hold current industry RSA, RCG module 1 and Gaming Licence qualifications as a minimum
- You’ll have experience in Gaming Environments, Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Great customer Service, Punctual, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Inherent Requirements
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. The perks are good too!
