- Lead a team delivering high‑quality daily support for children and young people with complex disability needs
- Design and oversee inclusive programs aligned with participant NDIS goals
- Manage daily operations with a focus on safety, service quality, and compliance
- Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice
- Liaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualised care
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with NDIS and internal quality systems
- Promote a fun, inclusive, and empowering environment where young people can thrive What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services
- Confidence managing services for children with high and complex needs
- Strong understanding of person‑centred active support and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skillsAlignment with our values: Caring, Open, Engaged Requirements
- Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector is ideal but not essential
- Previous leadership experience in a disability or child‑focused setting
