Comforting Companions is a growing NDIS service provider committed to delivering high-quality support services to participants with care, compassion, and professionalism. We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Client Coordinator/Business development/Administration Assistant to join our team and help manage day-to-day office and participant administration tasks. Role Overview We are seeking someone who can:
- Find and onboard new NDIS participants
- Build relationships with support coordinators, hospitals, and community organisations
- Handle participant paperwork and service agreements
- Assist with onboarding, referrals, and compliance documentation
- Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and participant communications
- Help grow the business through networking and marketing Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and connect with potential NDIS participants
- Liaise with support coordinators and allied health professionals
- Prepare service agreements and onboarding documents
- Maintain participant records and admin tasks
- Assist with social media and community outreach
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards Requirements
- Experience in NDIS, disability services, or healthcare preferred
- Solid communication and people skills
- Knowledge of NDIS processes and participant onboarding
- Basic admin and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Driver’s licence preferred What We Offer
