Chef (Doreen)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Chef to join our busy café team. About the Role: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality café-style meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a chef or cook
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or equivalent qualification or 3 years' work experience in lieu of qualification. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Assist with menu planning and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
