- Thomastown Office
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
- Twice weekly site visits throughout Melbourne
- Attractive salary package Scope: In this role you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, including safety documentation, resource scheduling, contractor instructions, site supervision, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and internal administration.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects to promote industry safety and technical standards, and client expectations
- Preparing and developing documentation including project briefs, schedules and management plans
- Supervise project activities including the management of project contractors
- Conduct internal reporting, and identify and manage potential risks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal staff Requirements:
- Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a similar field (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience across varied situations and has in depth knowledge of Rail Standards, requirements and processes (desirable).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills including report writing, proposals and recommendations.
- Ability to deliver and develop clear and concise presentations to internal and external audiences as required.
