**Responsibilities**:

- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform regular upkeep tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding to ensure that outdoor spaces remain tidy and well-manicured.
- **Plant Care**: Monitor the health of plants, flowers, and trees, and provide appropriate care such as watering, fertilizing, and disease control.
- **Seasonal Maintenance**: Assist with seasonal tasks including planting, mulching, and leaf removal to keep outdoor areas looking fresh and inviting year-round.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Properly maintain and operate landscaping equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency in completing tasks.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns or special requests regarding their outdoor spaces.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques and landscaping principles.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
