Process Controller (Forrestfield)

**The Opportunity**

An opportunity has arisen for a diligent Process Controller to join our Operations Team. This fast-paced role is accountable for the quality receipt, dispatch and data capture of all Sands Fridge Lines and their client’s freight shipments transiting through our facility in Forrestfield.

**Role Accountabilities**
- Verifying manifest of consignment freight movements and ensuring freight travels on the correct movements
- Quality control and accuracy of all transport related paperwork i.e.: pallet documentation
- 2IC
- Identifying issues arising from discrepancies in transport documentation and liaise with internal stakeholders for immediate rectification
- Working cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Participate in audit and investigations where required
- Provide assistance to the Operations Administration team as required

**Essentials Skill include**:

- Robust understanding of load plans
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Publisher and Excel at an intermediate to advance level
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising our internal and external customers
- Transport industry knowledge pertaining to inbound and outbound dock procedures
- advantageous but not essential
- Able to work in a cold room environment
- Clear, concise and fluent English communication skills both verbally and written
- Understanding of HACCP requirements would be considered advantageous but not essential
