Edge Building Products is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team, strengthen key relationships, and drive the next phase of our growth. We specialise in roofing, flashing, rainwater goods, architectural cladding, fencing, verandas, and custom sheet metal solutions tailored to the West Australian market. With a strong reputation for quality products and exceptional customer service, we partner with builders, contractors, and industry professionals to deliver innovative and competitive building solutions. Your Impact Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll take ownership of our sales function and play a key role in shaping customer experience and business performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving outstanding customer service and fast response to enquiries
- Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and retention
- Overseeing accurate and timely quotations, including major project tenders
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across all segments
- Forecasting sales and aligning stock with project pipelines
- Ensuring effective use of CRM systems to track performance and opportunities
- Develop product plans for key products in our building products range
- Ensure the sales team diligently maintain CRM to identify opportunities and build strong relationships About You You’re a proactive leader who thrives on results and relationships. - Experience in the building products or construction industry
