Casual Recruitment Consultant (Forrestfield)

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Due to continued growth and a considerable increase in demand for staff we have an exciting chance for an enthusiastic, energetic Recruiter to join the business on a casual basis. Working closely with our leadership team on their operational requirements, you will support Recruitment within the business to the best of your ability with the support of your Recruitment Manager.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Posting ads and responding to applicants on social media.
- Placing content on social media about Sands Fridge Lines.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Assisting with Hiring Managers to ensure navigation through Recruitment Process
