**Carco Perth** are seeking a **Workshop Controller** to join our fast-paced team.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you’ll be a key figure in maintaining our reputation for excellence. As a Workshop Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department. Your leadership will inspire the team, while your expertise will ensure customers receive unparalleled service.

**What you’ll do**:

- Guide and motivate workshop employees, aligning their efforts with our business goals.
- Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritise and allocate repair orders to Technicians based on urgency and expected completion times.
- Act as the vital link between Technicians and Service Advisors, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Oversee final quality inspections, ensuring all completed vehicles meet the highest standards.
- Maintain and exceed service workshop key performance indicators and manufacturers' customer satisfaction targets.
- Assist Technicians with diagnosing vehicle issues using test drives, system checks, and diagnostic tools.
- Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to enhance team efficiency and skills.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment, ensuring tools, equipment, and specialty resources are in top condition.

- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to monitor and manage workshop performance effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a dealership or service workshop is highly desirable
