As a Internal Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Efficiently handling sales order entry to ensure smooth operations.
- Sourcing products for clients to meet their requirements.
- Expertly managing credits and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilising the CRM system to enter prospect information accurately.
- Proactively following up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with backorder management through effective communication with clients.
- Resolving complaints and errors in a professional and efficient manner.
