Pharmacist (Mundaring)

About the role Join the team at Priceline Pharmacy Mundaring, as a Pharmacist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring their health and wellbeing are at the forefront of everything you do. You will be working across our sister store Gidgegannup Pharmacy which is a busy, medical centre pharmacy, located 10 minutes away, you will have a varied work experience. What you'll be doing
- Accurately dispensing and checking medications to ensure patient safety
- Providing comprehensive patient counselling and medication management advice
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimise patient outcomes
- Maintaining detailed patient records and documenting all interventions
- Adhering to all relevant pharmacy regulations and guidelines
- Contributing to the smooth running of the pharmacy through inventory management and other operational tasks What we're looking for
- Registered Pharmacist with a current AHPRA license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and healthcare professionals
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide evidence-based pharmaceutical care
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and safe medication practices
- Versatile and adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Motivated to provide the highest standard of customer service
- Compounding experience desirable, however not essential, and can provide training if there is interest.
