Job Role: Boilermaker

Premier People are currently assisting our client, a leading supplier of conveyor products for the mining industry and experts in conveyor designs and solutions with their requirement for a Boilermaker / Welder / Fabricator for their workshop in Welshpool and on site as and when required.

12 Hour Shifts

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Welding 20mm mild steel patch plates on chute walls.

General boilermaker duties, including grinding, cutting, welding, polishing, cropping, pressing, heat treatment, and stress relieving of steels

Reading and interpreting drawing

Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment

Develop and maintain positive work relationships within the team

Timely and accurate reporting

Proactive approach to your work and desire to develop skills, knowledge, and experience to improve proficiency

Effective time management skills and problem solving skills

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Trade Certificate in Boilermaking / Welding / Fabrication

Must have experience in chute works

Must have a medical completed within 12 months

Must have boilermaker trade certificate

All tooling and basic P.P.E provided
