Junior Receptionist Immediate Start Hazelmere

ORH Truck Solutions is a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial mining vehicles within Australia, designing some of the strongest and most reliable Service Trucks and Water Carts in the industry.

We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Junior Receptionist to join our welcoming team. This is a full time position based in our head office reception, assisting with day to day office duties.

Position Overview

This position will involve front desk reception duties such as answering telephone calls, greeting clients and suppliers, general administrative work, as well as other duties.

Role and Responsibilities:

Answering and directing calls quickly and efficiently with a polite and friendly telephone manner

Meet and greet all clients and visitors who enter our office

Weekly monitoring of stationary and kitchen stock and reordering when necessary

Ensure smooth running of the Front Office and Kitchens i.e Reception and Boardroom is kept clean and tidy, kitchens kept clean and fully stocked.

Processing of EFTPOS payments (Some payments over the phone)

Handling of petty cash

Sorting of incoming and outgoing mail

General administration duties including filing, printing, photocopying and scanning

Key requirements:

Confident with welcoming our customers and visitors to our premises

Vibrant and positive personality

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Competency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
