Concrete Agitator Truck Driver (HR License) (Midvale)

About the role

Midland Minicrete are seeking a committed, safety-focused Concrete Agitator Truck Driver with a Heavy Rigid (HR) license to join their team in Midvale, WA. This is a full-time role that will see you play a vital part in the delivery of high-quality concrete to construction sites across the region. Please note Saturday work is required on a roster system. What you'll be doing 1. Safely operate a concrete agitator truck to transport and deliver concrete to building sites in a timely manner 2. Driver responsible to batching of concrete (training provided if required) 3. Maintain precise drum rotation speed to protect concrete integrity during transport 4. Conduct pre-start and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and any maintenance issues are promptly reported and keep the truck presentation clean 5. Liaise with customers, site supervisors and the dispatch team to coordinate efficient concrete deliveries 6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery dockets and timesheets 7. Ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance with all relevant road transport regulations What we're looking for 1. Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence 2. Proven experience as a concrete agitator truck driver or similar heavy vehicle role 3. Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety 4. Valuable communication and customer service skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Knowledge of the local road network and construction sites in the Perth region 7. Available to accommodate changing site hours and weekend project work What we offer
