What You'll Be Doing
- Manage inbound sales enquiries and qualify project opportunities
- Meet with clients to understand project scope and requirements
- Prepare accurate project estimates using SketchUp and SipForm estimating tools
- Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Coordinate seamless handover of confirmed projects to the design team
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records What We’re Looking For Essential
- Background in construction, drafting, building, or related trade/technical field
- Experience using SketchUp
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Highly Regarded
- Experience in estimating, sales, or project coordination
- Knowledge of modular or prefabricated building systems
- CRM experience
