Full Time Chef
$73,300+ Superannuation

Essential criteria:
Prepare, cook and serve menu ensuring a high level of quality and presentation
Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
Explaining and enforcing safe & hygienic food practices and compliance including HACCP
Creation of menus utilizing seasonal produce
Ordering, receiving and storing, effective stock control, stocktaking
Estimating food and labour costs and discussing these with the manager
Discussing food preparation issues with the manager and kitchen staff
Provide training staff members
The availability to work on weekends

Knowledge of Mediterranean Cuisine is a preference

Skills Required
Min Diploma in relevant field such as Culinary, Hospitality Management (including Commercial Cookery) and min 2 years work experience in relevant field or
Min 3 years work experience in the relevant field
