About the role We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Electrical Apprentice to join our team at Grechcoom Electrical and Security Solutions' in Mill Park, Victoria. As a 2nd Year apprentice or Security Technician looking for an Electrical Apprenticeship , you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced electricians, learning the trade and developing the skills necessary to become a qualified electrician. This full-time position offers a chance to kick-start your career in the electrical industry. What you'll be doing 1. Assisting qualified electricians with a variety of electrical installation, maintenance and repair tasks 2. Gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial and industrial electrical work 3. Completing relevant training and coursework to progress towards your electrical qualification 4. Gaining Experience in High End CCTV, Security and Access Control Systems, as well as the opportunity to upskill. 5. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. What we're looking for 1. Currently enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprenticeship program 2. Security Technician looking for an Electrical Apprenticeship 3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work 4. Positive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team 5. A keen interest in the electrical trade and a willingness to learn 6. The ability to follow instructions and work safely on job sites 7.
