**The Opportunity**: We have an exciting prospect for Customer Service Officer to join the team at South Morang.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly.
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles.
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience.
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc).
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
