Experienced Property Manager (Mill Park)

Well established and fast growing leading agency, Barry Plant North Eastern Group is now seeking a full-time experienced Property Manager working in our Mill Park
- South Morang Office. Salary package starting at $75,000 and up to $90,000 for applicants with a high level of experience with no Saturday work.

Your duties will be included in this role:

- Managing a portfolio
- Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Arranging repairs and maintenance
- Managing arrears effectively
- Preparing for and attending VCAT

To apply this position, you must be licensed or hold a certificate of registration and you must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car, and most importantly:

- You are professional in your current service to clients and customers
