As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Admin and Rostering Officer to join our team.

About the Role

As an Admin and Rostering Officer at Magnum Support Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. You will manage administrative tasks crucial to our daily operations and oversee the efficient scheduling of our dedicated team of support workers. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality care and support to our participants.

Rostering: Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with client requirements.

Monitor and adjust rosters in response to changing client needs, staff availability, and leave requests.

Coordinate with team leaders and managers to address rostering issues promptly and proactively.

Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

Manage scheduling and coordination of client appointments, ensuring timely communication with both clients and staff.

Prepare reports related to rostering, staff scheduling, and operational metrics as required.

Communication and Coordination: Act as a point of contact for staff regarding rostering queries, changes, and updates.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Communicate roster changes and updates to relevant stakeholders promptly and professionally.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure rostering practices comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and NDIS guidelines.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to rostering processes and administrative efficiency.

Assist with audits and quality assurance activities related to rostering and administrative functions.

Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or equivalent qualification (required)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration or rostering (required)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Has previously used any NDIS software and the ability to learn new software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Has knowledge of the NDIS sector
