Job description About the role We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Electrical Apprentice to join our team at Grechcoom Electrical and Security Solutions' in Mill Park, Victoria. As a 2nd Year apprentice or Security Technician looking for an Electrical Apprenticeship , you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced electricians, learning the trade and developing the skills necessary to become a qualified electrician. This full-time position offers a chance to kick-start your career in the electrical industry. What you'll be doing
- Assisting qualified electricians with a variety of electrical installation, maintenance and repair tasks
- Gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial and industrial electrical work
- Completing relevant training and coursework to progress towards your electrical qualification
- Gaining Experience in High End CCTV, Security and Access Control Systems, as well as the opportunity to upskill.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working setting. What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprenticeship program
- Security Technician looking for an Electrical Apprenticeship
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A keen interest in the electrical trade and a willingness to learn
- The ability to follow instructions and work safely on job sites
