Our Australian office, located in Bundoora, is currently searching for a Customer and Sales Support Officer to join our Sales and Operations teams. This full-time role offers variety in a friendly and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Support our sales team by answering customer enquiries and creating quotations
- Receive and process customer purchase orders
- Work closely with our Austrian order fulfilment team
- Manage import, last mile delivery and invoice to Australian customers
- Handle customer credit and order prepayment processes
- Maintain and improve data quality in our customer database
- Support our sales team to follow-up on event and marketing leads as needed
- Provide back-up to the CSS team in other processes (servicing and training)
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings and goal setting
- Perform other duties as required

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**
- Business administration qualifications
- Working experience in office-based sales support and order fulfilment
- Experience in an international environment (import/export)
- Excellent MS Office knowledge. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM ideal
- Professional communications skills
- both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working with people in a small team environment, a friendly and open-minded person
- Reliable, ability to take the initiative and work independently
- Available to participate in company activities (team workshops, occasional travel)

Pay: $65,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
