**About the Role**
We’re seeking a **motivated, results-driven Sales & Business Development Officer** to join our growing team in **Bundoora**. You’ll be responsible for managing leads, conducting product demos, maintaining sales pipelines in our Zoho CRM, and closing deals within the aged care industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and track sales activities using **CRM.**:
- Engage with aged care providers and understand their operational challenges
- Conduct professional **product demonstrations** (online or in person)
- Build and maintain **strong client relationships** and develop new business opportunities
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients
- Meet and exceed monthly **sales targets and KPIs**
Proven experience in **sales, business development, or client relations** Strong knowledge of **CRM systems.** Excellent **English communication and presentation skills** Understanding or experience in the **aged care, healthcare, or SaaS industry** Has existing **industry contacts** or ability to **build strong relationships** in the sector Confident, proactive, and results-oriented personality Strong organization and pipeline management skills
