Property Manager (Bundoora)

Jurdi Recruitment is looking to hire an experienced property manager for a well respected office with a solid presence in the Eltham region.

$70,000 + Super + allowances

Monday
- Friday with 1/3 Saturdays with time in leiu

Mobile phone provided

**Requirements**: Well groomed and presented, business atire

Must be a strong communicator with problem solving skills

Minimum one year experience as a property manager

Minimum cert IV in real estate practices

Able to pass a police check

Be able to manage a portfolio of 120-150 properties with assistance from the office.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
