**Salary**: $85,500 TO $95,500 plus superannuation

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Web Designer, you will:

- **Responsive & Accessible Design**: Develop responsive layouts and interactive components that meet **WCAG accessibility standards**, supporting inclusive and device-agnostic user experiences.
- **Prototyping & Concept Communication**: Produce wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate UI concepts and user flows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with **developers**, **GIS analysts**, and **stakeholders** to ensure designs are **user-centric**, technically feasible, and aligned with project goals and constraints.

**Qualifications and Experience**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- **Education**: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the IT or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing inventory and supplier relationships.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced workplace and multitasking abilities.
