Admin Staff – Allied Health ClinicPart-time / casual on-call backup
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable admin staff member to help support our Allied Health Clinic.
Hours may include Monday 10am–4pm Wednesday 9am–12pm Thursday 1pm–4pm
Duties include:
Greeting clients and managing bookings Answering calls and emails Processing payments and general admin tasks Using booking systems and clinic software Keeping the clinic tidy and organised
What we’re looking for:
Positive communication and organisational skills Basic computer and admin experience Friendly and qualified attitude Reception/admin experience preferred
