We are seeking an experienced Business Manager (F&I;) to join our high-performing dealership at Inchcape Subaru Bundoora and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. About the Role As an Business Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our instore and online sales teams. Your responsibilities will include managing financial applications, ensuring legal compliance, and maximising finance opportunities for our customers. You will also liaise directly with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional finance and insurance experience. What you'll do
- Partner with both in-store and online teams to provide Finance & Insurance (F&I;) support and manage escalated cases.
- Liaise with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
- Sell bundled products such as service plans and ensure they are correctly included in contracts.
- Manage end-to-end commercial applications and support customers from the Business Development Centre.
- Follow up on cash deals to maximize F&I; opportunities while maintaining compliance with FSRA, privacy, and legal standards. About You
- Previous experience in financial services, with accreditation by relevant financiers and exposure to the automotive industry (F&I;) considered desirable.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments, with strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with confidence using MS Office and digital platforms.
