Rma Returns Officer Material Handler (Minto)

**Day Shifts
- 7:00am
- 3:00pm**

**Casual Rates/Penalty Rates/No Weekends/OT when available**

**Returns Officer / Material Handler Position available**

We are looking for experienced **RMA/Returns Officer with strong computer skills** to join the team for an **immediate start.**

**Within this role, you will be required to, but not limited to;**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process daily Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) transactions and update all records on system.
- Undertaking inspections for all returned products.
- Data entry, database and inventory management
- RMA’s will need to be reconciled with customer documentation.
- Advise clients of any discrepancies and resolve.
- Create manual delivery documents if and when required
- Provide exceptional customer service support and guidance to our clients
- On a monthly basis look to prepare and Send Good RMA’s out for refurbishment, also for scrap RMA’S organise scrapping as per procedures
- Assist in Stocktake Preparation
- Follow company policy and procedure
- Other duties as required

On occasions you will also need to assist with Pick \Pack and shipping of orders via our WMS SAP

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 Years Experience in a similar role.
- Must have good communications skills
- Must be competent in microsoft excel.
- SAP experience highly regarded but not essential as training would be provided.
- Must have valuable problem solving, time management and organisational skills.
- Must have a great eye for detail.
- Forklift license and RF gun experience highly regarded but not essential
- Some heavy lifting required (Minimum 18kg)

- $33 per hour
