**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cut, and package a variety of meats to meet customer demands
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice and recommendations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Create and promote specialty products, including gourmet sausages and marinated meats

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a butcher in a retail environment

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Weekend availability
