We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our Early Childhood Team.
All applicants must:
Hold a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one prior to employment,
be fully vaccinated as per the Public Health Order for Early Childhood Education and Care Educators.
be responsible and committed.
demonstrate a valuable understanding of English and have excellent communication skills
- need to liaise with parents, fellow educators, management and apprenticeship supervisors.
be confident and be willing to be part of a qualified team.
The Trainee position is a 12 month traineeship to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (full time
- 38 hour week).
The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Warm and passionate about educating young children, caring and respectful of children's needs and the environment in which they learn
Enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible and reliable and work as part of the team
Be supportive and respectful to staff in your room and ensure an engaging program is being delivered on a daily basis
Undertake written observations and documentation in line with EYLF, NQF and NQS
Communicate with Families and Parents
The role includes preparation of the indoor and outdoor environment, leading and monitoring the learning of each child, undertake written observations and documentation in line with EYLF, NQF and NQS, communicating with families and working as a member of the educational team discussing and planning for individual children to ensure that we achieve the best outcomes for every child.
This position will suit an enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible and reliable person and someone who is passionate about educating young children, caring and respectful of children's needs and the setting in which they learn.
The role will require some flexibility on start and finish times between the opening times of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Monday to Friday
No weekends
