Minto Family Dental seeks a positive and experienced person for a Receptionist position!

About the Job

We are a 3-chair busy family-oriented practice with established patient base to provide exceptional patient experience at the receptionist role.

Our team is friendly, talented with focus on goals in promoting our values of quality, honesty and a positive experience for each & every patient consistently!

As the front face of our practice, your role is to apply a set of core-duties, a positive attitude and qualified positive energy towards the patients to project a positive, warm & qualified image in person & over the phone to provide an excellent customer care.

To fit in this role you have to be someone who has the following attributes--- A multi-tasking Team Player Displays high attention to details Strong organization and administrative skills—you see what needs to be done & do it attitude! Willingness to take directions, know how to priorities, learn current skills and techniques Know how to contribute to the team & have positive impact towards each visit of every patient experience! Well presented, bubbly & Positive personality is essential Prioritize patient rapport with outstanding patient communication skills Knowledge of D4W software an advantage, but we will provide training for sure:)
