As a Café and Functions Assistant, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming setting for our residents, their families and visitors at both our Oran Park and Minto villages.

Your Opportunity

With your friendly service and love of coffee, you’ll help create a café atmosphere that feels like home. In this varied, rewarding role, you will:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including quality espresso coffee- Deliver warm, genuine customer service- Operate the POS system and manage payments- Keep the café clean, organised and welcoming- Assist with events and activities that bring life to our villages

What You’ll Bring

You’re a people person who loves creating positive experiences. You’ll also have:
- Experience in a café or hospitality role- Barista skills (can be basic)- A warm, friendly personality and can-do attitude- Flexibility to work across both Oran Park and Minto sites
